Hey everyone! Nancy here. The long–awaited series of printables 'More Than A Conqueror' which happens to be my most favourite of all our scrapbooking series is finally here!
This series of printables is a very special one as it carries hundreds of powerful survivor quotes and messages of encouragement that can be applied to any particular situation, or life transforming event that has happened in your life.
We've all been through some sort of deep wounding or life–changing event. Whether this involves trauma in the form of a physical condition, mental, psychological, emotional, intellectual, as well as physical abuses – whether they happened in the far off past, recently, or are currently happening – the effects of the wounds is very real. And the quotes from the More Than A Conqueror series have comforting messages than can help to encourage and heal.
Words of strength, healing, and encouragement are what we are needing to hear and read every day. And in our latest series called 'More Than A Conqueror' it holds practically a garden of life–giving, pain–quenching words to sooth your heart, soul, and mind.
Proverbs chapter 18 verse 21 explains this perfectly: "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit."
Therefore, we will continue to add more and more of these prints with life–giving quotes for you in our store as they become available. As for things that I (Nancy) have been through in my life, had it not been for my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, I would have lost my mind many times over throughout the years. It was throughout a prolonged period of time in my life when I was going through horrendous forms of mental and psychological trauma – acute levels of trauma.
I cannot get into specifics but just to be brief, the trauma first started when I turned eight years old and lasted all the way until November 2019. It lasted until the second week of November to be exact.
Finally, some peace for once, however, it was short–lived because it started up again in the third week of August 2020. This time the source of the trauma came from a different place.
Throughout all that I've been through, and even with the latest situation that I'm finding myself in right now, I have always drawn strength from my Jesus.
The type of trauma that I've experienced from childhood and onward, and continue to do so at the time of this post, SHOULD have damaged me, and far beyond what any human being can possibly bear all the while still remaing mentally intact.
However, regardless of all this, I still CAN and DO cope and function normally, and quite easily I might add too. And why? Well, as I just mentioned.
It's because of my Lord Jesus Christ who's strengths that I have been dependent upon entirely – and who's strengths I have been drawing from ever since it all began back when I was eight years old.
Perhaps some of you reading this right now do not believe in The Lord Jesus. You might even be thinking to yourselves, "How can someone possibly draw strength from someone who does not even exist?"
Well, the only way that I can reply back to your bewilderment is that nobody can prove to you the existence of The Lord Jesus Christ but YOU.
If you're genuine about finding out whether or not Christ is really real, you need to seek this out for yourself. And if you're not genuine in this, then you also have the choice to not seek Him out as well. It is always a choice.
