MAKE MONEY SELLING YOUR SCRAPBOOKING ART

Have you ever thought about selling your scrapbooking art?

Perhaps not. But right now during these times of a pandemic and lockdowns it might be an avenue for you to start bringing in a bit of extra cash for yourselves and families.

Whether you have been scrapbooking since The Lord created the earth or just last week, your scrapbooking skills can start generating you some form of cash.

Of course the more experienced and professional–looking your work, the more you can charge. But it doesn't mean that those of you who are much less experienced still can't make a bit of money.

Greeting cards is a good place to start. They are easier and much more versatile whenever it comes to creating them.

This means that greeting cards can have many types of designs, styles, languages – they can come in many sizes, and the list goes on. Your only limitation is your imagination.

Do you see the greeting card below?

Do you see how simple it is in its design? In its simplicity it is giving out one message which is love.

So no matter what the occasion, whether it is someone's birthday, Valentine's Day, or friendship day, this card can be applied to a variety of occasions.

Now that you have learned that greeting cards are quite versatile, you have also learned something else.

That not every greeting card has to be fancy. Yes, of course there are consumers out there who prefer much fancier greeting cards than the one featured above. And there is a market for this.

However, not every consumer is looking for super fancy greeting cards.

Many, are just looking for more simpler or plain–looking cards—cards that can communicate the exact message that they are seeking just like the one in the photo above. And THIS card is perfect for THIS type of consumer.

BEGINNERS

If you are a beginner in scrapbooking, don't panic! Remember that every seed that was ever planted into the ground first started out reaaaally small.

And then they grew, and grew, and grew! But the growth is always slow of course. And they eventually get to the state where they need to be which is matured.

Therefore, in the same way, you will start out as a tiny little seed that will grow and grow until you become more mature in your scrapbooking skills – TA DAAAA!!

In the links below will be tutorials for how to make simple scrapbooking greeting cards.

Now you can start practising your scrapbook card–making skills.

If you are living in a country where you have dollar stores, perfect! You can start there.

You can acquire your greeting card business supplies from a dollar store.

And if at all possible, get yourself to different dollar stores within your town or city. Depending on their location dollar stores usually have varying styles of products and supplies. So my advice would be that you shop for your supplies at different dollar stores.

Next, get on youtube. Use youtube to get inspiration for your scrapbooking ideas.

DON'T COPY. Simply, get ideas that you can play around with and create into your own style.

FOR THE MORE EXPERIENCED

Since you are more versed in scrapbooking, start using the projects that you already have to help inspire you to create greetings cards for your business.

Now you can all rejoice in your hearts with the hope that your situations throughout this pandemic can be turned around with your own scrapbook greeting card business.

PLACE TO SELL YOUR GREETING CARDS

You can sell your greeting cards on ETSY. Etsy is a place where millions of people all around the world are selling every type of handmade craft that can be imagined.

Etsy is SUPER CHEAP! And easy to navigate as a shop owner as well as a buyer of course.

FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE

And lastly, do not forget to create a facebook business page for yourselves.

For some of you who are not already aware that there IS a BIG difference between a facebook business page and a personal one.

A facebook business page has ALL of the tools that are EXTREMELY necessary and very important for the operating of your business to the public.

However, with a personal page, it has NONE of these things. This is why it was only created for personal things like sharing your personal photos to friends and family.

Therefore, it is SUPER important for the sake of the INTEGRITY of your business, that you create a BUSINESS page on facebook not a personal one.

Below are links for how to create a facebook business page.
