What Are You Greatful to God for During This Pandemic?

In the midst of this corona virus pandemic have you ever stopped to think about what you are greatful to God for at this time? 

Whether you have you experienced financial hardship like the many others in your country, or those all over the world, can you still find yourself being greatful to God for at least one thing?

Depression and hopelessness might have set in because of the sudden and drastic changes that have since taken place in your life. But have you really thought in WHAT way it will benefit you in the end?

What you should be doing at this time is being greatful to God that you are still alive and thinking in your right mind.

CHANGES

Changes, whether they are sudden or not will happen in our lives. Crying about it in the beginning is fine. But then we have to make a decision to stop crying and begin moving forward.

If you have been watching the news, you will have by now learned of the many people who were once employed – lost their jobs due to the pandemic, and who have since started their own businesses. 

These folks did not waste any time around with allowing the fear of the pandemic to cause them to become depressed enough to not do anything about their new and unexpected reality. But they right away got to thinking about ways to start generating an income which in some cases was to start their own business.

INTERESTS & TALENTS

What are your interests and talents? What things do you like to do? Perhaps you can turn them into a money–generating business.

Since the pandemic, many people all around the world have started online businesses through their talents.

LIKE FOR EXAMPLE......

some people have begun to give stretch and exercise classes online. People pay to partake in their live classes.

Some musicians have started teaching online instrument or singing lessons. 

For those who speak more than one language, they have started teaching language classes.

For some people who are good a hobby woodworking, they are now teaching people how to make simple projects like birdhouses or bird feeders.

For some people who love to cook, they have started online cooking classes. Some have started online painting classes online and the list goes on.

The good thing about starting a business online is that based on the service that is being provided, a university or college degree is not always necessary.

If you know how to bake cookies, you can start a business where you're teaching people who have never baked how to make cookies.

If you know how to make your Grandmother or Grandfather's yummy soup, you can teach people how to make that.

But if you are going to be providing classes for how to do exercises when you are not a certified teacher, this would be very unwise decision for a business.

If someone gets hurt during your classes, guess what. YOU will be responsibile for those person's medical bills. Therefore, make sure that you only start a business in things where you do not need a license or certification.

LEARNING SOMETHING TO TEACH

If you do not know how to do anything well–enough to get paid for, don't worry. There is always something that you can learn and it doesn't even have to be so–called 'perfect'.

In places like Pinterest and youtube, you will find millions of simple things that you can learn to make like crafts and then teach others to do as well.

For example, on Pinterest there are millions of ideas for how to make fun crafts for kids. You will find the same thing on youtube.

My suggestion is that you search for fun and interesting crafts to learn how to make, for which you can then turn into a business opportunity to teach kids online. In your instructions make sure that you cover safety first.

If your crafts require the use of scissors, make sure that you instruct parents to cut the pieces for the kids during the lessons. This way, you will not be responsible for any child who cuts themselves if they happen to use the scissors instead of an adult.

COST

The cost of art supplies is always very expensive. But if you happen to be living in a country that has stores called DOLLAR STORES, your problem for art supplies is pretty much erased. 

Get yourself to a dollar store where you can buy all of your art supplies.

When you are doing research for how to make kids crafts, don't choose hard and difficult projects. You don't want to waste time trying to learn how to make complex pieces when you are working on starting a business to generate you funds during a time of financial hardship.

Rather, choose easy projects that you can learn in a relatively fast manner. This way, you will have the time to learn as many easy projects as you can for your business to teach your clients. 

And with time, you will be able to learn how to make the more difficult projects for which you will then be able to introduce to both your old and new clients.

NO MATTER WHAT YOUR AGE

Starting a business can happen at any age. So whether you are 7 years old or 114. You can start a business. The only thing that may be stopping you is, YOU.

Now that you have some ideas for how to start a online business during lockdowns and a pandemic, you can also get excited about moving forward with it.

RESEARCH & WISDOM

Before you start a business, be wise by doing your research. Make sure that you are educated in absolutely everything that you are needing to KNOW before you set off on an adventure of starting a new business.

Let starting a new business be a fun thing for you and your family. But let it also be something where you are using wisdom throughout the entire process. It is always better to do things the RIGHT way, rather than to just jump into something without first covering all that there is to know in your adventure legally.

BUSINESS IDEAS

For business ideas during a pandemic, get on youtube. There, you will find hundreds and maybe even thousands of ideas that have been posted since the pandemic began.

Once again, be greatful to God even for what little you might still have throughout this pandemic, be greatful to Him.

He can and WILL turn your situation around IF you are greatful to Him for what you still have.

And in your gratitude to Him, if you ask Him to help you with ideas for how to start a successful business even through this pandemic, He will.

There IS hope for those who trust in The Lord. Amen.

Just like the verse that you read above. That no matter what situation may come into your life, you will come out ahead and successful in the end, as long as you place your trust in The Lord.
