Hola everybody! Nancy here. Scrapbooking about yourself is actually a lot easier than what you may be thinking. There really isn't a "best" way to scrapbook about yourself in the first place. You just pick a topic and then start from there.
For example, what are your interests? You're interests is an excellent place to start. Do you like cooking, baking, sewing, crafting, or skiing? Do you like woodworking, gardening, fixing bikes, or caring for pets as a foster parent? Do you volunteer somewhere? Do you like birdwatching or going out for morning or daily walks?
Whatever your interests are, this is the best place to start scrapbooking about yourself. And if you have more than one interest, you can make a different scrapbook page layout out for each one.
SCRAPBOOKING AND PERSONAL STORIES
In the case where you might be going through a medical condition, scrapbooking about your journey is something you may want to do. However, don't feel pressured to actually do it it either. Everybody deals with their own personal story in a different way.
If you prefer not to make your medical condition as a part of an activity like scrapbooking, this is just fine. Simply, express yourself through something else not related to your medical condition.
Do you like reading? And if so, what types of books do you like to read? If you like adventure or fantasy, you can create a scrapbooking page with photos that represent adventure and fanstasy. Do you like romance novels or gardening books? You can use photos of hearts for romance, and plants for your gardening layouts. I'm sure you understand what I'm trying to explain to you here.
